Let’s talk about money.
Out of the many, MANY Questions I have always received over the years:
Well, do you make any money with your Server?
And the most basic answer is: No
I don’t make a single penny on a regular basis from this Server. I do have received one or two donations.
But in total, those don’t even make up a fraction of the servers monthly running cost. This is, and always has been a passion project of mine.
So if you are searching for an answer as to why I don’t even bother putting ads on my site, well there you go. Money is not a goal of mine here.
My current goal is: Learning from the experience and keep up to date with modern hosting standards.
And so far I think I’ve done a pretty good job!
